The purchasing of a property can be a long drawn out process if you try to do it on your own.  It can be considerably shortened by seeing a mortgage broker who can give you access to a number of different lenders to find the best deal for you.  They will also handle all of the paperwork and generally make the whole experience more positive.

How it works:

1. You call your mortgage consultant to make an appointment at a time and location convenient to you. At this point your consultant will inform you of the documentation required for the first meeting.

2. Your consultant will then discuss your financial goals and work out your needs. We can then help you determine the best options for you based on your circumstances and provide you with the best selection of suitable products.

3. We will answer any questions you may have. Once you have decided on the loan most appropriate for you, we will collect your supporting documents and ensure that your loan is in order; we will submit it to the lender.

4. We will keep you informed of the process of your loan at every step of the way.

5. Once the application has been processed, the lender will send your letter of offer and home loan documentation directly to you. Go through your letter of offer thoroughly to ensure all the details are correct.

6. You can then sign the contract and confirm with your solicitor or conveyancer of the settlement date. Your solicitor or conveyancer will also inform you of the details of any additional funding required by you, if any.

7. Your solicitor or conveyancer will attend and complete settlement on your behalf. You will take delivery of the keys and the property is now yours. You will also become a member of our ongoing Customer Care program as we won’t forget you.
